This project showcases a series of branding and marketing designs created for a group of well-known local restaurants in Southern Californa, bakeries, and fast food chains. My role included menu layouts, packaging design, storefront signage, social media content, and in-store promotional materials. In addition, I developed optimized Amazon product listing graphics to support retail expansion online. The goal was to create a cohesive visual identity that captured each brand’s unique personality while ensuring clarity, appeal, and engagement across multiple customer touchpoints. Every piece was designed to strengthen brand recognition and support sales both in-store and online.

From large-scale seasonal décor and themed displays to banners, backdrops, and custom-built props, each project demonstrates my ability to merge visual storytelling with strategic brand messaging. Developed during my role as Creative Manager and Senior Graphic Designer at New Yaohan Department Store, these works reflect end-to-end project leadership from concept development through production and on-site installation for both in-house and international brands. The results enhanced customer engagement through immersive, high-impact visual experiences tailored to retail audiences.
