In Asia, Chinese New Year is one of the single most celebrated festivals of the year. For a retail business, it is the prime-time for spending new clothes, premium groceries, and houseware for your family as well as buying gifts of fortune for your friends and business partners.
To seize the golden opportunity and to entice customers to increase their spending, I managed to create a series of in-store decorations, window displays, an exclusive red pocket gift set for VIP members, and a supremely successful digital lucky draw promotion.
As a result, the overall sales have grown 15% year-over-year for the same period. The project was also featured on VMSD magazine with great reviews.
