This project showcases a series of branding and marketing designs created for a group of well-known local restaurants in Southern Californa, bakeries, and fast food chains. My role included menu layouts, packaging design, storefront signage, social media content, and in-store promotional materials. In addition, I developed optimized Amazon product listing graphics to support retail expansion online. The goal was to create a cohesive visual identity that captured each brand’s unique personality while ensuring clarity, appeal, and engagement across multiple customer touchpoints. Every piece was designed to strengthen brand recognition and support sales both in-store and online.

This project focuses on the localization of marketing materials for a brand targeting the Chinese market, ensuring all elements resonate with local tastes and cultural preferences. The core responsibility involves translating and adapting communications, food menus, Instagram showreels, animations, business cards, food packaging, and visual merchandising into Chinese. Localization, as a process, customizes a foreign brand, product, or service to align with a specific local context, making it feel as though it was created for the local audience. By incorporating Chinese design cues and cultural nuances, this project aims to enhance brand relevance and engagement in the Chinese market.

As a creative manager and designer, I regularly work with global brands to adapt their identities for local markets. This particular project involved designing a high-impact pop-up booth for the launch of new beauty and home appliance products at the main entrance of New Yaohan Department Store. The temporary retail space was thoughtfully crafted to boost brand visibility and drive customer engagement, blending international branding standards with locally relevant design elements. I led a transformative project with Kingston Education in the UK, a distinguished STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) institution. This endeavor encompassed shaping their visual identity, creating a dynamic company profile, developing an interactive website, and designing a cohesive uniform. By strategically aligning the brand with its STEAM-focused mission, the project enhanced Kingston Education’s image, ensuring a consistent and professional identity across diverse mediums. This comprehensive approach strengthened their presence as a leading institution in STEAM education.
