I led a comprehensive project focused on enhancing the Point of Purchase (POP) and product posters for Watson’s Pharmacy chain stores. Leveraging strategic design principles, the initiative aimed to create visually compelling displays that captivate customer attention and drive engagement. The project involved a meticulous analysis of consumer behavior, competitor landscapes, and brand identity to develop targeted and impactful designs. Through this endeavor, we successfully elevated the in-store experience, optimizing the promotional impact of Watson’s products and reinforcing the brand’s presence in the competitive retail environment.
