I led the UX design initiative for our digital lucky draw system, seamlessly integrating it with our digital reward program mobile app to bring a modern and efficient twist to the traditional approach. The primary goals were to heighten customer awareness of the event, incentivize new VIP member recruitment, and streamline the process with a simplified, digital entry system. By replacing the conventional redeem and ticket method, we successfully reduced the average entry time from 3 minutes to a swift 40 seconds per participant. This transformation not only engaged participants but also significantly enhanced operational efficiency, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all involved.
