I undertook a comprehensive content management project to strategically showcase New Yaohan Department Store’s products and promotions on Instagram, successfully contributing to the substantial growth of the brand’s presence on the platform. This initiative involved meticulous curation of visually appealing content that effectively highlighted the store’s diverse range of products and exclusive promotions. Additionally, I devised and executed a targeted promotion plan to enhance engagement and broaden the store’s reach on Instagram.

By consistently delivering compelling visual stories, promoting exclusive offers, and maintaining a cohesive aesthetic, the Instagram account became a dynamic platform for brand storytelling and customer interaction. The success of this project is evidenced by the increased follower engagement, brand visibility, and positive customer interactions, positioning New Yaohan as a prominent presence on Instagram in the retail sector.
