This UI/UX project is the second reiteration of the digital membership program and shopping App, in conjunction with the new visual identity and a new store for the New Yaohan Japanese Style Department at the ultra-luxury hotel complex in Macau. The brief from the senior management is to create an all-in-one app containing eCommerce, brick-and-mortar store promotions, eWallet, and VIP loyalty program eCard. Its sole purpose is to retain the customers online and offline with a great experience. Along with the successful 360,000 active members, this app populated another 20% of users in 2 months to 432,000. The projected ROI (return of investment) is up 50% year-over-year for the entire chain.
